Purpose: Jacobsen Consulting is dedicated to developing ethical and effective leaders and management consultants who inspire and enable the people they lead to accomplish outstanding results.

Mission: To develop, through mentoring, role model leaders and successful management consultants who are a credit to their profession.

Vision: By 2010 there will be at least a dozen leaders and management consultants who, as a result of my mentoring and their dedication to developing their full potential, will be considered role models for their colleagues.
